In June, 2011, the program LEGO Good Example in Chinese Workplace was broadcasted in Ningxia TV. It aims to find candidates (应征者) who are potential to become toy bricks (积木) builders for LEGO Group. After several rounds of competition, some elites(精英) came together from different cities to show their love for LEGO model building, their enthusiasm to become a toy builder and their careness for children and charity. A LEGO model builder not only needs to be creative in toy building, but also be fully concerned about children and charity. By the way, working under high pressure and team work spirit are also necessary.
2011年6月起，乐高《中国职场好榜样》节目在宁夏卫视开播，在全国各地招募具有潜质成为乐高积木拼砌师的求职者。在历经层层选拔后，各路精英汇聚舞台，展现他们对乐高玩具的热爱、对成为拼砌师的热情及对儿童、慈善的关爱之情。乐高积木拼砌师需要的不仅是对积木搭建的创意构想，也需要对儿童和慈善保有十足的关爱，同时，高压力下的工作能力和良好的合作精神也必不可少。
LEGO model builder is one of the nine funniest jobs in the world. And it’s also a unique job created by LEGO Group. The builders use LEGO toy bricks to design and make models in different occations. They’re implementer (实施者) of dreams as well as inventor of happiness. This job cares no education background but creation for life; no major(专业) information but dreams towards happiness and future; no personal backgrounds but the patience in the process of models building; no come and go but the love for children and charity affaires. This is a job that can bring happiness to people. It’s the ladder for little children’s growth and also the stage for older children to realize their dreams.
乐高积木拼砌师，世界上最快乐的九大职业之一，也是乐高玩具公司的独创职业。在各类活动场合设计、制作以使用乐高积木块而建构的作品（模型）为职业，是梦想的实现者，也是快乐的缔造者。不在乎学历，只在乎是否对生活有创意；不在乎专业，只在乎是否对快乐、对未来有梦想；不在乎背景，只在乎对搭建乐高的过程是否有耐力；不在乎过往，只在乎对儿童、慈善是否有爱心。这是带给人们快乐的职业，是小孩子成长的阶梯，也是大孩子实现梦想的舞台。

The LEGO Group was founded in Billund (a small town in Danmark) in 1932 by Ole Kirk Kristiansen. The name ‘LEGO’ is an abbreviation of the two Danish words “leg godt”, meaning “play well”.
