宏观石墨颗粒增强的锌铝共析合金复合材料阻尼行为的研究

采用空气加压渗流技术制备了宏观石墨颗粒增强的锌铝共析合金复合材料,运用内耗手段和热分析技术研究了宏观石墨颗粒增强的锌铝共析合金的阻尼行为及其阻尼机制,宏观石墨颗粒的加入大大提高了材料的阻尼性能.复合材料中宏观石墨颗粒的平均直径约0.5和1.0mm、宏观石墨颗粒体积分数为51%和63%.在多功能内耗仪上采用受迫振动方式测量了宏观石墨颗粒增强的锌铝共析合金复合材料的内耗和相对动力学模量.在温度-内耗谱上发现了两个内耗峰,低温内耗峰是晶界峰,其机制为铝/铝晶界的黏性滑移,该内耗峰的平均表观激活能为(1.13±0.03)eV、指数前因子τ0为10-14s;高温峰是相变内耗峰,其机制为锌铝共析合金中的相转变,依据内耗测量和热分析实验可得该相变峰的激活能为(2.36±0.08)eV. Macroscopically graphite particles reinforced zinc-aluminum eutectoid composites were prepared by air-pressure seepage technique. The damping behavior and damping mechanism of macroscopically graphite particles reinforced zinc-aluminum eutectoid alloys were investigated by means of internal friction and thermal analysis. Macroscopic graphite The addition of particles greatly improves the damping properties of the composites.The macroscopic graphite particles in the composite have an average diameter of about 0.5 and 1.0 mm, and the macroscopic graphite particles have a volume fraction of 51% and 63%, respectively. The forced vibration mode The internal friction and relative kinetic modulus of macro-graphite particle reinforced Zn-Al eutectoid composites were studied. Two internal friction peaks were found on the temperature-internal friction spectrum, and the low-temperature internal friction peak was the grain boundary peak. The mechanism was aluminum / aluminum crystal (1.13 ± 0.03) eV, and the exponential factor τ0 is 10-14s. The high temperature peak is the internal friction peak of the phase transformation, and the mechanism is zinc-aluminum eutectoid alloy The phase transition peak activation energy was (2.36 ± 0.08) eV based on internal dissipation and thermal analysis.
