通过石城子河经还原计算后的天然年径流资料分析,得出石城子水库不同频率入库年径流量,作为水利动能分析的依据。从合理利用水力资源、满足电力系统的需要、电站淹没及工程经济指标等方面综合分析,比选选定设计发电水位和设计水头。在确保不影响石城子水库灌溉和下游生态环境用水要求的前提下,进行石城子一级水电站水能分析计算,经技术经济比较合理确定电站的装机规模、机组台数。
Based on the analysis of natural annual runoff data after the reduction calculation of Shichengzi River, annual runoff at different storage frequency of Shichengzi Reservoir is obtained, which is used as the basis of water kinetic energy analysis. From the rational use of water resources to meet the needs of the power system, power station inundation and engineering economic indicators such as a comprehensive analysis of selected design power generation water level and head design. Under the premise of ensuring irrigation water quality and water requirement of downstream ecological environment in Shichengzi Reservoir, hydropower analysis of Shichengzi Hydropower Station is carried out, and the installed capacity and unit number of hydropower stations are reasonably determined through technical and economic comparison.
