在当今知识经济时代,人力资源是企业发展不可或缺的重要资源,也是企业创新的重要因素,对企业的发展有着重要的意义。然而当前,我国企业的人力资源激励系统并不十分完善,致使大批人才流失,这极不利于企业的长远发展。鉴于此,本文将着重分析我国企业人力资源激励系统存在的问题,并提出相应对策,以期促进我国企业可持续发展。
In today’s era of knowledge economy, human resources are an indispensable and important resource for enterprise development, and also an important factor for enterprise innovation, which is of great significance for the development of enterprises. However, at present, the human resources incentive system of Chinese enterprises is not perfect, resulting in the loss of a large number of talents, which is extremely detrimental to the long-term development of the enterprise. In view of this, this article will focus on the analysis of the problems existing in the enterprise human resource incentive system in China, and put forward corresponding countermeasures in order to promote the sustainable development of Chinese enterprises.
