By constructing the appropriate Lyapunov functional, the parameters q ij, r ij, qij, rij∈R and wi> 0 (i, j = 1, 2, ..., n) are introduced skillfully and combined with the inequality 2ab≤a2 + b2 , The global exponential stability and the existence of periodic solutions for a class of delayed cellular neural networks (DCNNs) are discussed, and a series of sufficient criteria are given.
