采用宏观形貌分析、化学成分分析、金相显微组织分析、SEM微观形貌分析等手段,对某公司的甲醇输送管道开裂进行了分析。结果表明,甲醇输送管道开裂为脆性开裂,焊接热循环产生的淬火马氏体导致了该管道的开裂。
Using a macro-morphology analysis, chemical composition analysis, metallographic microstructure analysis, SEM micrographs and other means to analyze a company’s methanol pipeline cracking. The results show that the cracking of the methanol pipeline is brittle cracking, and the quenched martensite produced by the welding thermal cycle leads to cracking of the pipeline.
