学龄前儿童睡眠与生活质量的相关性研究

目的探究学龄前儿童睡眠与生活质量的相关性。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,在上海市虹口区随机抽取11所幼儿园,对其5~7岁儿童进行调查。采用个人及家庭社会环境问卷,中文版儿童睡眠习惯问卷(Children’Sleep Habits Questionnaire,CSHQ)、儿童生存质量测定量表系列中普适性核心量表(4.0)(The Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory Measurement Models,PedsQL)评估儿童个人基本信息、睡眠情况及儿童生活质量。结果入组儿童共836名,男生占49.9%。相比睡眠时间短(<-1s)的儿童,睡眠时间长(>+1s)的儿童有较高的总体生活质量、生理功能及情感功能。而睡眠节律模式较早(<-1s)的儿童也比睡眠节律较晚(>+1s)的儿童有较好的总体生活质量、生理功能、情感功能及在幼儿园的表现。结论学龄前儿童睡眠时间及睡眠节律模式与生活质量均显著相关。家长及教师应更加关注儿童的睡眠健康。 Objective To explore the correlation between preschool children’s sleep and quality of life. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 11 kindergartens in Hongkou District of Shanghai to investigate children aged 5 to 7 years. The Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory Measurement Models (CSLQ), the Children’s Quality of Life Inventory Measurement Models (4.0), the Social and Family Environment Questionnaire for Individuals and Families, the Children’s Sleep Habits Questionnaire (CSHQ) , PedsQL) to assess children’s personal basic information, sleep and quality of life of children. Results A total of 836 children enrolled, boys accounted for 49.9%. Children who slept longer (> + 1s) had higher overall quality of life, physical and emotional functioning than those with short sleep (<-1s). Children with sleep rhythm patterns earlier (<-1s) also had better overall quality of life, physical function, emotional function, and performance in kindergarten than those with later sleep rhythms (> + 1s). Conclusion Preschoolers’ sleep time and sleep rhythm pattern are closely related to the quality of life. Parents and teachers should pay more attention to children’s sleep health.
