热处理工艺对铸造0Cr18Ni10Ti不锈钢组织性能的影响

铸造0Cr18Ni10Ti不锈钢虽然经过单一的固溶处理可以改善其耐腐蚀性能,但仍不能满足应用要求。本文利用优化的固溶处理与固溶+稳定化复合热处理来提高0Cr18Ni10Ti的耐腐蚀性能,并对试样进行金相、硬度和腐蚀试验,分析对比得出:在1 020℃×1.5 h固溶处理+890℃×2 h稳定化处理,试样有最优的耐蚀性。 Casting 0Cr18Ni10Ti stainless steel after a single solution treatment can improve its corrosion resistance, but still can not meet the application requirements. In this paper, the corrosion resistance of 0Cr18Ni10Ti was improved by the optimized solid solution treatment and solid solution + stabilization composite heat treatment. The microstructure, hardness and corrosion test of the sample were analyzed. The results showed that the solid solution Treatment + 890 ℃ × 2 h stabilization, the sample has the best corrosion resistance.
