主要运用Fuzzy-AHP法,并辅以德尔菲法,通过定性分析和定量分析相结合的方式,充分挖掘核电建设项目设备采购成本的影响因素,并找出了其中的主要影响因素,分别是“供应市场竞争程度”“设计变更控制”“关键技术引进”“重大设备国产化”“设计方案优化”。在核电建设项目设备采购成本控制过程中,如能对上述五大因素进行重点管控,必将提升设备采购成本控制的效率和效果。
The main use of Fuzzy-AHP method, supplemented by Delphi method, through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of a combination of ways to fully tap the factors affecting the purchase cost of nuclear power equipment project equipment, and find out the main influencing factors are “The supply of market competition degree ” “design change control ” “key technology introduction ” “major equipment localization ” “design optimization ”. In the nuclear power project equipment procurement cost control process, if the above five factors can be key management and control, will certainly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of equipment procurement cost control.
