本文以新旧《公司法》文本为基础,通过学习对比认为新《公司法》树立了若干现代公司法的理念,主要有:公司自治理念,平等保护理念,分权制衡理念,诚实信用理念和社会责任理念等五大理念。 Based on the texts of the old and the new Company Law, this paper argues that the new Company Law establishes a number of notions of modern corporate law, including the concept of corporate autonomy, the concept of equal protection, the concept of decentralization and balance, the concept of honesty and credit, and the society Responsibility philosophy five concepts.
