采用铜模吸铸法制备φ2 mm的Ce70Al10Cu20、Ce69Al10Cu20Co1和Ce69Al10Cu20Ag1合金棒材。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、示差扫描量热法(DSC)和纳米压痕法(Nanoindentation)研究添加元素Ag、Co对Ce基非晶合金形成能力、热稳定性及室温变形行为的影响。结果表明,添加Ag、Co能显著提高Ce基非晶合金的玻璃形成能力和热稳定性能。Ce70Al10Cu20和Ce69Al10Cu20Ag1合金在高加载速率下出现锯齿流变;而Ce69Al10Cu20Co1合金在实验加载速率下表现为连续塑性变形。此外,三种Ce基非晶合金在压痕保载段均出现明显的蠕变现象且蠕变量随加载速率增加而增大。
The Ce2oAl10Cu20, Ce69Al10Cu20Co1 and Ce69Al10Cu20Ag1 alloy rods with φ2 mm were prepared by copper mold suction casting. The effects of Ag and Co on the formability, thermal stability and room temperature deformation of Ce-based amorphous alloys were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and nanoindentation. The results show that the addition of Ag, Co can significantly improve the glass-forming ability and thermal stability of Ce-based amorphous alloys. Ce70Al10Cu20 and Ce69Al10Cu20Ag1 alloys appear serrated at high loading rates, while Ce69Al10Cu20Co1 alloy shows continuous plastic deformation under the loading rate. In addition, all three kinds of Ce-based amorphous alloys show obvious creep phenomenon during indentation and creep increases with the increase of loading rate.
