企业实现经济效益创收的场所被称为生产现场。生产现场既是企业生产、管理等信息的起源地,也是问题出现的源头。因此,企业管理现场能力高低,能够体现企业总体的经营状态。企业可以通过提高现场管理水平,达到不断完善现场管理体系的目的。现场管理的目标是提高顾客满意度,采用持续改善理论,可以使生产现场的各种生产要素持续的进行改善,进而实现合理配置,从而降低生产过程中生产资料的浪费,提高产品生产效率,减少生产成本支出,实现用高质量产品赢得市场竞争优势的最终目标。本文首先对精益生产的特征进行了阐述,对“改善”的内涵进行了概述,为现场改善提供基础的理论支持,并对现场改善的意义及其措施进行了论述和总结。
