目的:探讨鼻咽清毒颗粒药物血清(Biyan Qingdu Granula drug-containing serum,BQG-DS)对体外培养的鼻咽癌细胞株CNE1、CNE2、TWO3、C666-1细胞增殖的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为3组,实验组(灌胃鼻咽清毒颗粒)、阳性对照组(灌胃环磷酰胺)、阴性对照组(灌胃生理盐水),动物给药后采血,提取制备含药血清。运用MTT法检测作用药物血清后细胞增殖的改变,并用流式细胞仪(FCM)测定细胞周期的改变,同时结合倒置显微镜,观察其诱导鼻咽癌细胞凋亡的作用。结果:鼻咽清毒颗粒可抑制CNE1、CNE2、TWO3、C666-1细胞的增殖,其作用具有时间和浓度依赖性;同时可诱导细胞凋亡,改变细胞周期分布,多数细胞阻滞于G1期。结论:鼻咽清毒颗粒可诱导鼻咽癌细胞凋亡,改变细胞周期分布,从而抑制细胞增殖。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Biyan Qingdu Granula drug-containing serum (BQG-DS) on the proliferation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell lines CNE1, CNE2, TWO3 and C666-1 cultured in vitro and to explore their effects mechanism. At the same time, they can induce apoptosis and change the cell cycle distribution. Most of the cells arrested in G1 phase . Conclusion: Nasopharyngeal Detoxification Granule can induce apoptosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells, change cell cycle distribution and inhibit cell proliferation.
