进行了450、550 MPa高强耐候钢的成分设计和冶炼,通过热膨胀试验并结合金相组织,分析了该高强度耐候钢的相变规律。利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜以及拉伸试验对该试验钢的组织结构、第二相粒子的析出行为以及力学性能进行了研究,分析了钒氮微合金化对高强耐候钢析出强化和细晶强化的作用。结果表明:在钒钢中添加氮元素不但增强了析出强化效果,而且还能细化晶粒,提高耐候钢的综合力学性能。
The composition and smelting of 450-550 MPa high strength weathering steels were carried out. The phase transformation of the high strength weathering steels was analyzed by thermal expansion test combined with microstructure. Microstructure, microstructure and mechanical properties of the second phase were investigated by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and tensile testing. The effects of vanadium-nitrogen microalloying on the precipitation hardening and fineness of high-strength weathering steels were analyzed. Crystal strengthening effect. The results show that the addition of nitrogen to vanadium steel not only enhances the precipitation strengthening effect, but also can refine the grains and improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of weathering steels.
