介绍了国内首次进行的无轴承旋翼桨毂中心动特性试验的过程分析。运用Lms Test.lab软件模态分析为手段,同时结合以往相关型号试验技术分析改进了无轴承旋翼桨毂中心动特性试验技术。通过改进试验方法解决了无轴承旋翼桨毂中心动特性试验的技术难题,为今后无轴承旋翼研制提供了试验技术储备,对解决无轴承旋翼直升机地面共振问题打下了良好的基础。
The process analysis of center dynamic characteristic test of bearingless rotor hub in China is introduced. Using Lms Test.lab software modal analysis as a means, combined with the previous related model test technology analysis to improve the bearingless rotor hub center dynamic test technology. The technical problems of dynamic test of bearingless rotor hub center were solved by improving the test method, which provided the technical reserve for the development of bearingless rotor in the future and laid a good foundation for resolving the ground resonance problem of bearingless rotor helicopter.
