合作课堂教学模式是课堂合作学习的一种范式,由广西心理卫生协会教育咨询中心专家团队创设命名。其理念依据主要是团体动力学理论、人本主义心理学理论和建构主义理论;其课堂组织形式是使用6人小组分组学习,教室两侧另设多块黑板供小组展示学习任务时使用,小组学习任务的分配遵循合作学习的一般原则;其教学过程以导学案为范本,以学生学习目标的达成和学习方法的习得过程体现学生在课堂上的主体性,要求教师充分尊重学生在课堂上的动态生成。6年来,经与首批实验基地学校(含小学、初中、高中共10所)边实践边探索,合作课堂教学模式的教学效果已经显现,学生在知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观三个维度均得到了良性发展。本刊本期特约有关专家结合案例对合作课堂教学模式在小学教学中的运用予以解析,同时刊发小学语、数、英三个学科各一个案例的导学案及教学流程,希望能给教改一线的读者带来些许启发。
Cooperative classroom teaching mode is a paradigm of classroom cooperative learning, which is named after the team of experts from Guangxi Mental Health Education Consultation Center.
