通过对行业岗位群能力的分析,构建了适合高职水土保持专业的“校站合作,项目代训”的人才培养模式,其核心是实践教学,实践教学又分为单项实训、综合实训、顶岗实习。为保证人才培养模式的顺利实施,从保障制度、教学内容、校企合作等方面探索了实践教学的保障机制。 Through the analysis of the ability of the industry post group, we have constructed a talent training mode that is suitable for professional work of soil and water conservation in higher vocational colleges.
