光伏发电作为新的能源来源已经被广泛采用,单晶硅光伏电池拥有高的转换效率,长期以来受高端用户的追捧。但成本问题和产能问题一直限制着单晶硅光伏产业的发展。文章阐述了限制硅单晶生产成本和产能主要因素,并通过四个连续步骤的试验改进现在通用的硅单晶生产热场系统,通过实习工业生产中在统计数据的对比证明了改进热场系统在提高产能和降低成本方面的巨大优势。
