长期以来,房地产业经济一直是我国经济结构中不可或缺的部分。近年来房地产业经济快速发展,开发规模增长过快、房地产库存过大等问题也随之而来。与一二线城市相比,三四线城市因经济落后、人才流失等原因使得房地产去库存压力比较大。在国家相关政策的刺激下,三四线城市房地产去库存将成为去库存工作的重点对象。此文将以蚌埠市为例,具体探究房地产库存现状,从而反映三四线城市房地产去库存的政策效果与问题并在此基础上提出合理的政策建议。
For a long time, the real estate economy has always been an integral part of our economic structure. In recent years, the rapid development of the real estate industry, rapid growth in the scale of development, real estate inventory is too large and other issues followed. Compared with first and second tier cities, third and fourth tier cities due to economic backwardness, brain drain and other reasons make the real estate more pressure on the inventory. Stimulated by the relevant state policies, real estate de-stocking in tier-3 and tier-4 cities will become the focus of de-stocking. This article will take Bengbu as an example to explore the status quo of real estate inventory in detail to reflect the policy effects and problems of real estate de-stocking in tier-3 and tier-4 cities. Based on this, reasonable policy suggestions will be put forward.
