本文报道一例同心圆性硬化的临床病理(光镜和电镜)观察结果。临床资料:一位40岁女教师因1个月来嗜睡、易激惹和10天来右侧肢体无力、言语凌乱、尿失禁、头痛及构音障碍入院。神经检查示:意识模糊,右侧偏瘫,右半身痛觉减退,右侧锥体束征阳性。脑脊液检查正常。病人入院后反复呕吐不止,4小时后死亡。病理光镜和电镜观察示同心圆硬化典 This article reports a case of concentric sclerosis clinical and pathological (light and electron microscopy) observations. Clinical data: A 40-year-old female teacher admitted to hospital because of lethargy for one month, irritability and weakness of the right limb for 10 days, speech disorder, incontinence, headache and dysarthria. Neurological examination showed: confusion, hemiplegia on the right, right lower body pain, right cone sign positive. Cerebrospinal fluid examination was normal.
