电力工业作为高能耗、高污染和高排放的行业,面临巨大的节能减排压力,发展低碳经济已经成为电力工业可持续发展的首要任务。本文通过计算四川电力工业CO2和SO2排放量,结果表明四川电力工业(火电)的节能减排任务仍然非常艰巨,依据GDP、总发电量、国家电力“十二五”规划以及四川省电力政策等,设计了3种情景,预测电力工业的减排潜力,以此提出相应的对策建议。
As an industry with high energy consumption, high pollution and high emission, the power industry is under great pressure of energy conservation and emission reduction. Developing a low-carbon economy has become a top priority for the sustainable development of the power industry. This paper calculates the emissions of CO2 and SO2 in Sichuan electric power industry. The results show that the task of energy conservation and emission reduction in Sichuan electric power industry (thermal power) is still very arduous. Based on GDP, total generation, national 12th five-year plan and Sichuan Electric Power Policies and so on, three scenarios have been designed to predict the potential of emission reduction in the power industry and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
