石油化工设备介质中的水有多种形式(相态)存在,游离水是能够造成设备电化学腐蚀的必要条件。水作为载体,其他腐蚀性介质溶解其中,形成腐蚀环境。本文提出了一种基于水相态分析的电化学腐蚀判定方法,通过对装置工艺参数的变化(压力、温度)以及结合水的物理性质分析计算,得出装置中各个节点设备中水的含量和水的相态,进而掌握了石化设备介质中游离水的分布,为设备发生电化学腐蚀条件提供了必要的理论依据。
There are many forms (phases) of water in petrochemical equipment media, and free water is a necessary condition for electrochemical corrosion of equipment. In this paper, a method of electrochemical corrosion determination based on water phase analysis is proposed.
