目的：观察牛磺酸对３Ｔ３细胞的增殖及其产生胶原和透明质酸的影响。方法：采用［３Ｈ］－胸腺嘧啶（［３Ｈ］－ＴｄＲ）、［３Ｈ］－脯氨酸（［３Ｈ］－Ｐｒｏ）掺入和放射免疫分析法分别测定细胞增殖、胶原和透明质酸合成。结果：牛磺酸能显著抑制３Ｔ３细胞的［３Ｈ］－ＴｄＲ和［３Ｈ］－Ｐｒｏ掺入，并呈时间、剂量依赖关系；对透明质酸的合成亦具有剂量依赖的抑制作用。此外，牛磺酸还明显提高细胞内ｃＡＭＰ水平。结论：牛磺酸能显著抑制３Ｔ３细胞增殖及胶原和透明质酸合成，其机理可能与促进ｃＡＭＰ生成有关。 Objective: To observe the effect of taurine on the proliferation of 3T3 cells and the production of collagen and hyaluronic acid. METHODS: Cell proliferation, collagen, and hyaluronan synthesis were determined using [3H]-thymidine ([3H]-TdR), [3H]-proline ([3H]-Pro) incorporation, and radioimmunoassay, respectively. RESULTS: Taurine could significantly inhibit the incorporation of [3H]-TdR and [3H]-Pro in 3T3 cells in a time- and dose-dependent manner. It also had a dose-dependent inhibitory effect on the synthesis of hyaluronic acid. In addition, taurine significantly increased intracellular cAMP levels. CONCLUSION: Taurine can significantly inhibit the proliferation of 3T3 cells and the synthesis of collagen and hyaluronan, and its mechanism may be related to the promotion of cAMP production.
