采用HNO_3和H_2O_2作为消解体系,经微波消解进行样品前处理,采用ICP-MS标准曲线法测定不同产地、不同采摘时间的10批金雀花药材中20种微量元素。标准曲线线性、精密度、回收率良好,10批金雀花药材中微量元素含量大小顺序为Ca>K>Mg>Fe>Na>Al>Mn>Sr>Zn>Ba>Cu>Ni>Cr>Ag>Li;药材中含有较为丰富的Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu元素,可以共同起益气补血作用,与金雀花具有“具有滋阴、和血、健脾”的功效相符。有害元素As、Pb、Hg、Cd、Sb含量极低,甚至未检出,有较高的药用安全性。实验建立的微波消解-ICP-MS法方法准确,精密度高,可用于测定金雀花药材中20种微量元素含量测定。
HNO_3 and H_2O_2 were used as digestion system, and the samples were pretreated by microwave digestion. Twenty kinds of trace elements in 10 batches of Ginkgo biloba medicinal materials were determined by ICP-MS standard curve method. The linearity, precision and recovery of standard curve were good. The content of trace elements in 10 batches of medicinal materials was Ca> K> Mg> Fe> Na> Al> Mn> Sr> Zn> Ba> Cu> Ni> Cr> Ag> Li. The medicinal materials contain abundant Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu elements, which can act as a gas-enriching and blood-supplementing effect, which is consistent with the effect that brooms have “nourishing yin, blood and spleen”. The harmful elements As, Pb, Hg, Cd, Sb content is very low, not even detected, with high medicinal safety. The established microwave digestion-ICP-MS method is accurate and precise, and can be used to determine the content of 20 trace elements in medicinal materials of Broom.
