文章从读者角度,应用扎根理论方法对L大学生读者团队研究发现,高校阅读推广活动发展存在组织协作、团队学习和读者成长3个维度,构建“组织-团队-读者”阅读推广活动发展理论模型,提出图书馆建立加强各种资源信息合作共享的支撑机制,图书馆员深度参与建立读者学习共同体的互动机制,图书馆和读者共同开展阅读推广活动实现读者成长的唤起机制,三者的有机统一有助于实现高校阅读推广活动持续发展的目标。
From the perspective of the readers, this study applies the grounded theory method to the L college student team and finds that there exist three dimensions of organizational cooperation, team learning and reader growth in the development of university reading and promotion activities, and the development of “organization-team-reader” Model, proposed that the library should establish a supportive mechanism to enhance the cooperation and sharing of all kinds of resources and information, librarians participate deeply in establishing the interactive mechanism of readers ’learning community, and the library and readers together to carry out reading and promotion activities to arouse readers’ growth, Reunification helps to achieve the goal of sustainable development of college reading activities.
