本文简要地介绍了著名化学家史家李乔苹教授毕生致力于中国化学事业,在化学教育、化学史研究和化工生产上所取得的成就。指出他是系统研究中国古代化学史的先驱,著述宏富,他五十年前撰著的《中国化学史》及其以后的数次增订本和英译本,均获得国际科学史界的高度评价,产生了重要影响。 This article briefly introduces the achievements of Professor Li Qiaoping, a famous chemist historian, devoting his life to the cause of chemistry in China and his achievements in chemistry education, chemical history research and chemical production. He pointed out that he was the forerunner of systematically studying the history of ancient Chinese chemistry. He wrote Hongfu, and the “History of Chinese Chemistry” and his later editions and English translations fifty years ago were both highly praised by the world’s history of science and produced Significant influence.
