工学交替人才培养模式的推进、发展与完善对职业学校教师能力提出了更高的要求。教师不仅要具备基本教学能力,还应具有较高的专业实践能力。在此过程中不断完善双师型教师的培养机制及教学团队建设,确保教师的知识逐步得到优化,理论知识与实践能力逐渐达到统一与提高。
The promotion, development and perfection of the mode of personnel training of alternate engineering put forward higher requirements on the ability of teachers in vocational schools. Teachers not only have to have the basic teaching ability, but also should have a higher professional practice ability. In this process, we will continue to improve the training mechanism and teaching team building of double-qualified teachers so as to ensure that teachers’ knowledge is gradually optimized and their theoretical knowledge and practical ability gradually become uniformed and enhanced.
