利用透射电子显微镜对含钛低合金高强钢的焊接热影响区 (HAZ)晶内铁素体 (IGF)的形核机理进行了试验研究。对 IGF精细组织的研究表明 ,IGF非均匀形核核心主要为外部析出了一层 Mn硫化物并富含Si元素的 Ti氧化物复合粒子 ;对该复合夹杂物粒子的 EDX谱分析表明 ,该粒子对 Si的吸附能力大于 Mn;IGF的形核长大与 Mn硫化物的热膨胀相关系数、复合夹杂物粒子周围存在的小范围贫 Mn区以及该粒子中的富 Si有关
The nucleation mechanism of intragranular ferrite (IGF) in the welded heat-affected zone (HAZ) of Ti-bearing low-alloy high-strength steel was investigated by transmission electron microscopy.
