为了实现车载逆变器小型化和实用性的特点,设计了一款改进的车载逆变器,该逆变器包括220V交流电输出和USB双路输出结构。介绍了车载逆变器的工作原理,研究了应用TVS箝位技术吸收尖峰电压和降低功耗的方法,提出使用LM2596结合该稳压电路进行双路输出的方案,并利用CX7131B智能芯片实现双USB输出。同时,利用saber仿真软件对输出电压和输出电流进行仿真,并搭载了实验模型进行验证,结果表明:电源各项指标达到设计要求,有较强的实用性和可靠性。
In order to realize the miniaturization and practicability of the car inverter, an improved car inverter is designed. The inverter includes a 220V AC output and a USB dual output structure. Introduced the working principle of the car inverter, studied the application of TVS clamp technology to absorb spikes and reduce power consumption, put forward the use of LM2596 combined with the regulator circuit for dual output and the use of CX7131B smart chip dual USB Output. At the same time, using saber simulation software to simulate the output voltage and output current, and carrying the experimental model to verify, the results show that: the power of the indicators meet the design requirements, strong practicality and reliability.
