本文针对内压圆柱壳大开孔率平齐式开孔接管结构 ,进行了三维线弹性有限元应力分析、研究。有限元计算和电测应力分析的结果表明 ,用电阻应变测量方法测量到的是应变片长度范围内应力场的平均值 ,而得不到该区域内的最大应力值 ;以DXF格式文件为中介 ,用数学方法自动生成的有限元计算模型是可靠的 ,能够保证开孔区域内的单元都是比较规整、均匀的六面体单元 ,可以使用不协调位移模式 ,应用这个模型进行有限元分析可以得到内压圆柱壳大开孔率开孔平齐式接管结构的应力集中系数。
In this paper, aiming at the large opening ratio of the cylindrical shell with internal pressure, the three-dimensional linear elastic finite element stress analysis and research are carried out. The results of finite element analysis and electrical stress analysis show that the average value of stress field in the range of strain gage length is measured by the resistance strain measurement method and the maximum stress value in this region can not be obtained. , The mathematic method automatically generated finite element calculation model is reliable, can ensure that the cells within the open area are more regular, uniform hexahedron unit, you can use the uncoordinated displacement mode, the application of this model for finite element analysis can be obtained within Stress Concentration Coefficient of Cylindrical Shell with Large Opening Ratio and Flushing Structure.
