电视传媒正面临着双重的压力:一方面它必须遵循效益原则;另一方面它又承担着不可推卸的责任,而制约这两者的平衡性力量就是媒介的社会责任意识和文化品格。正基于此,文章以电视传媒特点和发展现状为切入点,深入研究了电视传媒应承担的社会责任和具有的文化品格,并在此基础上,提出了提高电视传媒社会责任和文化品格的建议。
Television media is under double pressure: on the one hand, it must follow the principle of efficiency; on the other, it has the unshirkable responsibility. The balance between the two forces is the media’s sense of social responsibility and cultural character. Based on this, based on the characteristics and current situation of television media, this paper studies in depth the social responsibilities and cultural characteristics to be borne by television media. On the basis of this, it puts forward suggestions on how to improve the social responsibility and cultural character of television media .
