目的探讨健康教育在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用价值。方法选取2013年1月至2014年12月辽宁省本溪市中心医院收治的72例COPD患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各36例。对照组患者给予常规健康宣教及护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施个性化健康教育,比较两组患者的COPD疾病知识掌握率、自我管理能力。结果观察组患者COPD知识掌握率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者的症状管理、情绪管理、日常生活管理、自我管理效能及信息管理评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在COPD临床治疗中开展个性化健康教育干预有利于提高患者的COPD疾病知识掌握率以及自我管理能力,改善其生命质量。
Objective To investigate the value of health education in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Seventy-two patients with COPD admitted to Central Hospital of Benxi, Liaoning Province from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected as study subjects, and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine health education and nursing. Patients in the observation group were given personalized health education based on the control group. The knowledge of the patients with COPD and the self-management ability were compared. Results The observation rate of COPD knowledge in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). After intervention, symptom management, emotion management, daily life management, self-management efficacy and information management score Significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Personalized health education intervention in the clinical treatment of COPD is helpful to improve the knowledge of patients with COPD disease control and self-management ability to improve their quality of life.
