Rotavirus is the leading cause of severe diarrhea in children worldwide, with more than 450,000 children under 5 years of age each year dying from rotavirus infection [1]. Rotavirus particles were icosahedral, non-enveloped and the genome consisted of 11 segmented double-stranded RNA fragments encoding six structural proteins (VP1, VP2, VP3, VP4, VP6 and VP7) and six non-structural Proteins (NSP1, NSP2, NSP3, NSP4, NSP5 and NSP6), except that the 11th fragment encodes both NSP5 and NSP6 proteins, each of which
