谈到北脱(北京脱口秀俱乐部)的管理我主要想从目标和文化两个方面来说明,北脱的目标是“坚持走结合中国文化,做成具有汉语特色的脱口秀之路,并建成国内水平最高的脱口秀团体”。这就是我们的目标——值得注意的是我们期待水平最高,而不是国内规模最大。围绕这个定位实现北脱总体管理思路的就是北脱的各种文化。首先,北脱的用人文化可以概括为“海纳百川,人尽其才”。只要你有志于此并且有本领,那么在北脱总能找到适合的位置并且获得最大限度地发挥才华的机
