本研究探索系统脱敏和认知重构在消减大学生听力焦虑中的作用。定量和定性分析结果表明:对学生进行系统脱敏和认知重构的训练可以有效帮助他们消减听力焦虑,改善听力自我形象。
This study explored the role of system desensitization and cognitive reconstruction in reducing hearing anxiety among college students. The results of quantitative and qualitative analysis show that training of students on system desensitization and cognitive reconstruction can effectively help them to reduce hearing anxiety and improve their hearing self-image.
