基于层析法反求设计原理,对复杂内腔类零件模型重构的技术方法进行了研究。根据内腔类零件的结构及功能特点,探索了分块、分特征地拟合轮廓曲线,分截面、分特征地重构各曲面片体的反求设计方法;并用此方法实现了某型四缸发动机气缸盖的模型重构,提高了拟合质量和精度,解决了气缸盖模型的重构问题。对重构类似内腔零件具有参考指导意义。
Based on the reverse design principle of chromatographic method, the technical method of reconstructing complex cavity parts model was studied. According to the structure and function of cavity parts, this paper explores the inverse design method of fitting contour curves, sub-sections and sub-features to reconstruct the patches respectively. Cylinder engine cylinder head model reconstruction, improved the quality and accuracy of fitting, to solve the cylinder head model reconstruction problem. It is helpful to reconstruct similar lumen parts.
