一、前言2009年国家电网公司颁发了《财务集约化管理实施方案》,安排部署财务集约化管理及信息化建设工作,提出了要加强财务与相关业务集成,建立工作相互支撑、信息高效流转、流程有序衔接的工作机制,实现一体化协同运作目标。2012年,国家电网公司再次明确了深化财务集约化管理的总体思路和重点工作。财务与营销协同化管理体现了财务集约化管理要求和重点,是深化财务集约化管理的必然需要。二、管理现状:
