分析了油田提升设备用泥浆盘根的密封原理和密封失效的原因。通过对传统泥浆盘根的结构优化设计和成型工艺的摸索,研制出了耐高压、耐磨、使用寿命长的泥浆盘根产品。 The sealing principle of mud packing for oilfield hoisting equipment and the reason of seal failure were analyzed. Through the optimization design of the structure of the traditional mud packing and the exploration of the molding process, the mud packing product with high pressure resistance, wear resistance and long service life has been developed.
