硫铁矿废水预处理除铝后作为二价铁源,添加一定量的氯化高铁作为三价铁源,以化学共沉淀法制备纳米铁黑颜料。通过考察nFe3+/nFe2(+1.8~2.1)、反应温度(30~70℃)、反应溶液初始pH值(7.5~12.5)和反应时间(0~60 min),探索了资源化利用硫铁矿废水制备纳米铁黑颜料的较优工艺条件。结果表明:在nFe3+/nFe2+为1.9、反应温度为50℃、反应溶液初始pH值为8.5、反应时间为30 min的条件下,能制备得到较高品质的纳米铁黑颜料。经XRD、SEM及铁黑颜料技术指标检测分析,该铁黑颜料粒径在17 nm左右,Fe3O4含量在90%以上,各项指标均能达到氧化铁黑颜料行业标准中二级品的要求。
