以Pt为催化剂的金属活性组分,丝光沸石为载体,制备了Pt/HM催化剂,用于正戊烷异构化反应.考察了焙烧温度及还原温度对Pt/HM催化剂的催化性能的影响.实验结果表明,焙烧温度和还原温度均在350℃时,Pt/HM催化剂具有优良的正戊烷异构化活性,正戊烷转化率为71.2%,异戊烷收率为68.1%,异戊烷选择性为95.7%,液收率为97.0%.
A Pt / HM catalyst was prepared by using Pt as catalyst and mordenite as support. The catalyst was used for the isomerization of n-pentane. The effect of calcination temperature and reduction temperature on the catalytic performance of Pt / HM catalyst was investigated. The experimental results show that the Pt / HM catalyst has excellent n-pentane isomerization activity at the calcination temperature and reduction temperature of 350 ℃, the n-pentane conversion is 71.2% and the isopentane yield is 68.1 %, Isopentane selectivity of 95.7%, liquid yield of 97.0%.
