目的:改进2005年版《中国药典》小儿热速清口服液中含量测定的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中黄芩苷含量,色谱柱为Agilent zorbax SB-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(45:55:0.2),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为276nm。结果:黄芩苷进样浓度在0.5~100μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.83%,RSD=0.99%(n=9)。结论:本方法快速、简便、准确,可为新版《中国药典》中小儿热速清口服液中含量测定方法提供参考依据。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the method of determination of content in Pediatrics Arimidex 2005 edition of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia”. Methods: The content of baicalin in the preparation was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The column was Agilent zorbax SB-C18 (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) with the mobile phase of methanol-water-phosphoric acid (45: 55: 0.2) 1.0mL · min-1, detection wavelength of 276nm. Results: The concentration of baicalin in the range of 0.5-100 μg · mL-1 showed a good linear relationship with the peak area (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 99.83% with RSD of 0.99% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and accurate. It can provide a reference for the determination of content in the new Chinese “Pharmacopoeia” in children.
