钢筋保护层及楼板厚度测量仪校准装置的研制

传统的钢筋保护层厚度测量仪的校准,国内都是人工手动,即通过人工增加或减少垫块,再用待校准的钢筋保护层厚度测量仪检测出混凝土厚度的测量值,通过测量值和提前预设的理论值的比较进行校准;或者更换事先浇筑好的不同厚度的钢筋水泥块来实现校准。这种校准方法既费时又低效。本文提出一种针对钢筋保护层及楼板厚度测定仪的校准装置,大大提高了校准效率。 Traditional reinforcement thickness gauge calibration, the country is manual, that is, by manually increasing or reducing the pad, and then to be calibrated by the protective layer thickness gauge to measure the thickness of concrete measured by the measured value and advance Calibration of the preset theoretical value, or replacement of concrete blocks of different thicknesses previously poured to achieve calibration.
