通过宏观分析、金属化学成分分析、金相组织检验、扫描电镜断口形貌分析和间隔棒连接结构分析,对某500 k V架空输电线路相间间隔棒失效原因进行了综合分析。结果表明,ZL102间隔棒存在铸造缺陷以及间隔棒结构设计不合理是导致该间隔棒失效的根本原因。
Through the macroscopic analysis, metal chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, SEM analysis of the fracture surface and the structure analysis of the spacer bar, the failure causes of the spacer bars in a 500 kV overhead transmission line were analyzed. The results show that there are casting defects in the ZL102 spacer and the unreasonable design of the spacer is the root cause of the failure of the spacer.
