In the 21st century, the market environment is constantly changing and unpredictable. The agile manufacturing enterprises are the manufacturing mode and concept of manufacturing that are aimed at this competitive environment. As the highest form of agile manufacturing enterprises dynamic alliance is to achieve an important means of agile manufacturing. This article analyzes the key elements of the process of establishing a dynamic alliance, puts forward reasonable steps to establish and provides methods and support for the establishment of a dynamic alliance.
