在我国,物业管理是个比较新的行业,它的发展不过20来年。然而,随着我国社会主义市场经济以及改革开放的不断发展,物业管理已逐渐成为城市管理的重要组成部分。在物业管理飞速发展的背景下,城市居民为提高生活质量,对居住环境的要求越来越高,这给国有企业的物业管理提出了更高的要求。然而当前,国有企业的物业管理存在着很多问题,居民对物业总是不满意就是最好的体现。针对这些问题,笔者不揣谫陋谈谈自己的看法,并提出几点建议。不足之处,恳请指正。
In our country, property management is a relatively new industry, but its development is only 20 years. However, with the socialist market economy in our country and the continuous development of reform and opening up, property management has gradually become an important part of urban management. In the background of the rapid development of property management, urban residents are demanding higher and higher living standards in order to improve the quality of life, which puts higher demands on the property management of state-owned enterprises. However, at present, there are many problems in property management in state-owned enterprises. Residents are always dissatisfied with the property and are the best embodiment. In response to these problems, the author does not speculate about his own views, and make a few suggestions. Inadequate, please correct me.
