航空航天领域使用环境的特殊性,使得对航天器舱内用导线在严酷的空间环境中宇航环境性能的研究评价非常关键。模拟航天器舱内使用工况对两种典型的航天器舱内用含氟绝缘导线(C55系列导线和FF47系列导线)的宇航环境性能展开了试验研究。试验研究结果表明:C55系列导线在潮湿环境中出现腐蚀金属的情况,氟化物析出现象严重,而FF47系列导线在潮湿环境中不会出现氟化物析出的现象,未出现腐蚀金属的现象,且具有一定的减重、省空间、增加航天器载荷的效果,其能更有效地保障器件的正常使用及人员的安全;在耐电子辐射性方面,虽然两者都能满足使用要求,但FF47系列导线的耐电子辐射能力差于C55系列导线;在可靠性方面,FF47系列导线具有更好的极限耐压能力、耐动态切割性和耐磨性。由此建议FF47系列导线宜作为航天器舱内布线,而C55系列导线宜作为航天器舱外布线。
The particularity of the use of the environment in the aerospace field makes the evaluation of the performance of the aerospace environment in the harsh space environment critical for the evaluation of the aerospace environmental performance of the spacecraft cabins. Experimental study on the aerospace performance of two typical spacecraft cabins with fluorine-insulated conductors (C55 series conductors and FF47 series conductors) was simulated under simulated spacecraft cabin conditions. The experimental results show that the corrosion of metal in the C55 series leads to the corrosion of metal in the wet environment, and the precipitation of fluoride is serious. However, the FF47 series of wires do not appear fluoride precipitation in the humid environment, and no corrosion of metal occurs. Certain weight-loss, space-saving, spacecraft load increases, which can more effectively protect the normal use of equipment and personnel safety; in the electronic radiation resistance, although both can meet the requirements, but FF47 series of wires Is less resistant to E-radiation than the C55 series of conductors; in terms of reliability, the FF47 series has better ultimate voltage capability, dynamic cutting resistance and wear resistance. It is suggested that FF47 series of wires should be used as spacecraft cabling, and C55 series of wires should be used as spacecraft cabling.
