急性淋巴细胞性白血病患儿脑脊液中肿瘤坏死因子及可溶性白细胞介素2受体的测定

用RAI和RLISA法对25例急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿脑脊液肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)和可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL-2R)进行测定,10例中枢神经系统白血病(CNSL)患儿脑脊液中TNF及SIL-2R测定值均明显高于无CNSL的白血病患儿及对照儿(<0.001),并且二者在CNSL患儿脑脊液中的增高程度呈正相关(r=0.643,P<0.05)。无CNSL组与对照组脑脊液TNF、SIL-2R的测定值相比无明显差别。提示监测急性淋巴细胞性白血病患儿脑脊液TNF或SIL-2R有助于CNSL的诊断。 The levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and soluble interleukin 2 receptor (SIL-2R) in cerebrospinal fluid of 25 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia were determined by RAI and RLISA. The levels of soluble interleukin 2 receptor TNF and SIL-2R were significantly higher in children with chronic leukemia than those without CNSL (P <0.001), and both of them were positively correlated with the degree of cerebrospinal fluid (r = 0.643, P < 0.05). No CNSL group and control group cerebrospinal fluid TNF, SIL-2R measured values ​​compared to no significant difference. It is suggested that the monitoring of cerebrospinal fluid TNF or SIL-2R in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia is helpful for the diagnosis of CNSL.
