目的建立量化、实用的健康促进医院效果评价指标体系。方法采用德尔菲专家咨询法(Delphi)对20名专家进行2轮咨询,听取专家意见及建议,建立健康促进医院效果评价指标体系。结果 20名专家平均年龄(42.75±5.20)岁,从事健康教育与促进工作平均年限(15.15±6.85)年,本科及以上学历,高级技术职称占80.00%。两轮专家应答率均为100.00%,权威系数Cr=0.93±0.10。2轮咨询,专家对一、二、三级指标的协调系数均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。最终确定健康促进医院效果评价指标由组织建设、环境建设、患者健康教育、职工健康促进和院外健康教育等5个一级指标、14个二级指标及25个三级指标构成,各项指标重要程度平均分值为4.30~5.00,标准差为0.00~0.83,变异系数为0.000~0.182,均达到了设计要求。结论应用Delphi法建立的评价指标体系各项指标重要度均较高。
Objective To establish a quantitative and practical health evaluation index system to promote hospital outcomes. Methods Delphi expert consultation method (Delphi) to 20 experts for 2 rounds of consultation, listen to expert advice and suggestions, the establishment of health promotion hospital evaluation index system. Results The average age of the 20 experts (42.75 ± 5.20) years old, average number of years engaged in health education and promotion (15.15 ± 6.85) years, bachelor’s degree or above, senior technical titles accounted for 80.00%. The response rates of two rounds of experts were 100.00%, and the authority coefficient was Cr = 0.93 ± 0.10.2. The coordination coefficients of experts on the first, second and third level indicators were statistically significant (P0.05). Finally, the evaluation index of health promotion hospital was composed of five first-level indicators, 14 second-level indicators and 25 third-level indicators, including organizational building, environmental construction, patient health education, employee health promotion and out-of-hospital health education. The average score of 4.30 ~ 5.00, the standard deviation of 0.00 ~ 0.83, the coefficient of variation of 0.000 ~ 0.182, have reached the design requirements. Conclusion All indexes of evaluation index system established by Delphi method are of high importance.
