海拉尔油田贝28作业区压裂液返排处理站在压裂液的净化处理过程中需要使用助凝剂、返排液处理剂和破胶剂三种药剂,而加药浓度则根据处理后的水质情况而定,没有一个定量的依据。本文根据现场试验,通过加入不同浓度的三种药剂,化验不同加药浓度下的污水悬浮物含量,确定出合理加药量,既节约了药剂成本,也使处理效果达到了最佳。本文还探讨了温度和预处理时间对压裂液处理效果的影响,并提出了合理的建议,为返排站日后经济有效的运行提供依据。
