目的:探讨子宫内膜样腺癌组织中水通道蛋白(AQP)1和2的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测59例子宫内膜腺癌、18例非典型增生子宫内膜和21例正常子宫内膜组织中AQP1和AQP2蛋白的表达。结果:AQP1阳性着色主要分布于子宫间质的毛细血管及小血管的内皮细胞胞膜,而在肿瘤细胞无表达;AQP2分布于子宫上皮细胞胞质及胞膜。正常子宫内膜、非典型增生及子宫内膜腺癌组织中AQP1、2蛋白的表达量逐渐升高(P<0.001)。FIGO分期Ⅲ、Ⅳ期的子宫内膜腺癌组织中AQP1、2蛋白阳性表达率高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期,伴淋巴结转移组高于无淋巴结转移组,低分化组高于中、高分化组(P<0.05)。子宫内膜腺癌组织中AQP1、2蛋白强阳性表达率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.546,P=0.460),但2者表达成正相关(r=0.938,P=0.000)。结论:AQP1和AQP2与子宫内膜腺癌的发生发展关系密切。
Objective: To investigate the expression of aquaporin-1 (AQP) 1 and 2 in endometrial adenocarcinoma and its significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of AQP1 and AQP2 in 59 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma, 18 cases of atypical hyperplasia and 21 cases of normal endometrium. Results: Positive staining of AQP1 was mainly located in the membrane of endothelial cells of capillaries and small vessels in uterine stroma, but not in tumor cells. AQP2 was distributed in the cytoplasm and membrane of uterine epithelial cells. The expression of AQP1 and 2 protein in normal endometrium, atypical hyperplasia and endometrial adenocarcinoma gradually increased (P <0.001). The positive expression rate of AQP1 and 2 protein in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ endometrial adenocarcinoma of FIGO staging group was higher than that of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ, with lymph node metastasis group being higher than that without lymph node metastasis group, but higher in poorly differentiated group than in moderately differentiated group P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of AQP1 and 2 in endometrial adenocarcinoma (χ2 = 0.546, P = 0.460), but there was a positive correlation between them (r = 0.938, P = 0.000). Conclusion: AQP1 and AQP2 are closely related to the occurrence and development of endometrial adenocarcinoma.
